Brembo radial brake master cylinder with adjustable wheelbase 18 or 20 mm with RCS (Ratio Click System).
The red color of the eccentric identifies the 18 mm position of the wheelbase, while the black color identifies the 20 mm position.
Function of the RCS system
Thanks to the RCS system it is possible to select the preferred leverage ratio, to adapt it to your driving preferences. The setting on the 18 mm wheelbase ensures greater braking power, while the 20 mm wheelbase favors better braking modulation.
Internal pumping unit MOTO GP
The piston, the seals and the tip are exactly the same used in the MotoGP and World SBK championships.
Body Pump
The pump body is in aluminum alloy, obtained by forging and subsequently CNC machined with light milling. Hard oxidation was chosen for the surface finish.
Brake lever
The brake lever consists of two main components: the guide system of the lever and the lever itself, articulated, made through the forging process.
Stop light switch
A specific housing has been prepared for the mechanical stop light switch, for the road use of the brake master cylinder.
Contrast lever clips
The lever system is equipped with high-load contrast springs to ensure constant contact between the presser foot and the toe, all to the advantage of the life of the various components.
15RCS Radial Pump Innovations
The 15 RCS radial pump collects all the technical innovations that have characterized the 19 RCS, which follows in its geometry the size and functionality of the pump used in MotoGP.
The RCS (Ratio Click System) device with which it is possible to change the pump center distance on two values (18 or 20 mm), is the element that until now was missing in a braking system to achieve the ideal feeling between rider, style of driving, motorcycle and circuit.
By varying the wheelbase, in fact, it is possible to make the braking system more reactive and ready (int. 20) or more modular (int. 18) by simply rotating the register on the front of the pump.
