We inform you that the assembly and installation of the products sold on this site must necessarily be carried out by qualified technical personnel, or by specialized mechanical workshops in possession of the legal requirements.
Motomania Snc assumes no responsibility for any damage resulting from incorrect assembly and/or assembly performed by unqualified personnel and/or not in possession of the necessary requirements.
We inform you that the assembly of components performed by unqualified personnel will void the product warranty. Motomania Snc reserves the right to contact the workshop and/or the technical personnel working on the motor vehicle.
- PRODUCT APPROVAL
Several products on this site ARE NOT APPROVED for use on public roads open to traffic and therefore their use in normal road traffic conditions is PROHIBITED BY LAW. Their use is allowed, depending on the technical and design characteristics of the component, only in sports, or in closed circuits, or for display purposes in fairs, events or exhibitions.
Only and exclusively products marked with specific trademarks or wordings (e.g. "Approved", " e " trademark, or "Street Legal") may be used in normal circulation on public roads open to traffic. All APPROVED products have this characteristic clearly indicated in their product sheet. In the absence of this notification, the product must be understood as NOT APPROVED.
