The exclusive DID 520 ERV7 G&G racing chain (gold laminated) is the result of years of technical studies and development on the circuits of the MotoGP world championship.
The close collaboration between the DID Research and Development department, the Yamaha MotoGP team and the rider Valentino Rossi, has led to the development of this exceptional product that ranks at the top in terms of performance in the racing sector.
Compared to the current production of DID ER (Exclusive Racing ) chains, the 520 ERV7 execution has significantly higher performance:

- breaking load increased by 5%
- fatigue resistance increased by 15%
- weight decreased by 3%
- gold laminated G&G finish on internal and external plates

The structure of the patented DID X2-Ring reduces friction, thanks to the spiral movement of the X2-Ring itself between the plates of the chain. This spiral movement disperses the pressure between the platelets and the X2-Ring and minimizes the loss of power.
The contact points of the X2-Ring significantly increase the sealing performance of the lubricant. This keeps dirt out and guarantees better wear resistance than any other type of O-Ring and non-O-Ring chain.
The lightness and minimum friction of the DID Racing 520 ERV7 G&G chains (gold laminated) allow you to exploit all the power of the vehicle, which is why they cannot guarantee the durability of the DID PROFESSIONAL KIT and chains.
