From the encounter between experience in the world of racing and aeronautical inspiration, an innovative rear-view mirror is born: Stealth, an accessory dedicated to super sports cars. The mirror consists of a fixed part, which allows it to be mounted directly on the hull, and a movable part, which acts as a glass holder. Thanks to a rotation system that joins the two parts, with a simple gesture, it is possible to align the latter: in the closed position the mirror becomes an aerodynamic appendage.
While the glass holder is always the same, the fixed component connected to it is designed ad hoc for each of the super sports cars for which Stealth was developed, looking for the best solution in terms of dynamic fluid.
Stealth is machined from solid aluminum, is available in three different colors obtained by anodizing and is equipped with convex glass to allow greater visibility.
The design of Stealth, which resembles a wing, and the inclination of 25 ° with respect to the ground, make it visually linear and create an aerodynamic effect of downforce, improving the grip of the bike and the driving performance, especially at high speed. . The downforce achieved is around 4 kg at 300 km / h.
The ergonomic aspect has also been optimized: when the driver takes a sporty driving position, the mirrors are at the same level as his eyes. In this way, the rider does not have to raise his position to have a rear field of vision, keeping the head protected by the windshield and, therefore, by the pressure that impacts on the face at high speed.
In the motorcycles that, in standard configuration, have mirrors with integrated front indicators, in conjunction with Stealth Rizoma recommends the purchase of the Light Unit indicators (code FR070BM) for the re-positioning of the front indicators. Please check the mounting kit and wiring suitable for installing the Light Unit on your motorcycle (to be purchased separately).
