REGENERATION AND CLEANING KIT FOR BMC AIR FILTERS

Complete regeneration and cleaning kit for BMC air filters.

Instructions for filter regeneration:

1- Remove the most evident impurities by shaking the filter gently. DO NOT use compressed air, this may cause the cotton filter element to be damaged.

2- Proceed by sprinkling the special cleaning liquid on the BMC filter, then leaving it to rest for about 10 min. DO NOT use aggressive products such as caustic solutions, gasoline or petroleum. USE ONLY BMC DETERGENTS.

3- Immerse the filter in a container full of water. Rinse so that dirt does not get into the folds of the filter itself. DO NOT use high pressure water jets.

4- Allow the filter to dry thoroughly in the air away from any heat sources using absorbent paper or a clean cloth. DO NOT use hairdryer or compressed air.

5- The oiling operation with the spray dispenser must be carried out by positioning the can about 15 cm from the filter and spraying the oil on the entire filtering surface. Repeat the operation on the other side of the filter as well.

6- Place the filter on a flat surface for about 30 min. Remove any excess oil on the rubber with a clean cloth and check that the filter is of a homogeneous red color. If needed. repeat the oiling according to the instructions. Now the filter is ready to be reinstalled.
