Hi Justin, as indicated in the product description, the exhaust is approved only for sound emissions (noise), but NOT for polluting emissions, as it does not have a catalyst ("Dekat") This exhaust is approved for road circulation only by also purchasing the catalyst that can be viewed at the bottom of the page. |
